speech on \u201cThe Enhancement of Personality and Communication skill for Library Personnel\u201d by the guest speaker, Dr. Apirak Chaipanha, the lecturer at the Department of Thai Language, Faculty <br \/>of Humanities and Social Sciences, Burapha University.
