The event was honored by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Paradee Mahakhan, representative of the Chonburi Retired Government Officials Club, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Somtawin Charitkuan, Vice President for Academic Affairs, who offered blessings to the library executives and staff for good fortune during the Songkran Festival.
